We are looking for an ambitious and driven Finance Executive whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. The Finance Assistant works closely with the Regional Head of Finance and the Accountant as well as the rest of the Finance and Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day financial transactions, such as processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. The core focus of the team is to maintain the financial health of the business, and your role is to support with any financial administration.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Take charge of daily operations of accounting and financial reporting functions ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately for month-end closing.

*Perform daily accounting duties including: book keeping, bank reconciliation and the identification of discrepancies.

*Process vendor’s invoice, utility bill, telco bill & etc (ensure all purchases adhere to approval matrix and documents are completed).

*Process bill run on a monthly basis for recurring invoice

*Handle daily invoice & member deposit request from ops team by perform checking

*Apply daily receipts and update weekly AR report.

*Handle day-to-day operations request and queries, including coordination with me

*Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Notes & update Related Party Transaction schedule

*Coordinate with operation team on company card spending & perform reconciliation

*Support superiors to Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS

*Ideally one year of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within a reception position however, recent graduates/school leavers will be considered

*Personable with strong verbal and written communication

*Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask

*Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented

*University Degree is an advantage

*Proficient in basic computer skills

*Good business acumen

*Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage

*Fluent in English Language

About the Role

The Community Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience to hundreds of members and visitors. You’ll provide exceptional support to the organisation by operating the facility and managing communication with stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is flexible and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success will mean utilising tools and resources provided to hit the ground running, which will lead to providing a vibrant, productive, and connected workplace for our members.

This role reports to the Location Manager and will be based on-site in Hong Kong.
